The strength of B.A.D.A.S.S. comes from the people who step up to protect, educate, and lead. Joining the Assembly means becoming part of something bigger than yourself. Whether you volunteer, train, or support - there is a role for you.
Roles & Ranks
- Civil Guardian: General volunteers who support events, distribute materials, and assist with logistics.
- Tactical Instructor: Certified or experienced trainers in self-defense, de-escalation, or firearms (optional).
- Legal Liaison: Volunteers with law/legal experience who assist in workshops or referrals.
- Grow Leaders: Lead agriculture or wellness workshops.
- Youth Mentor: Trained leaders who guide young participants and junior squads.
- Digital Strategist: Help run social media, email blasts, and awareness campaigns.
- Community Watch Member: Local patrol and presence volunteers (when fully trained and approved).
How to Join
1. Download and complete the Volunteer Application Form.
2. Submit your application through our site or email.
3. Attend an orientation (virtual or in person).
4. Choose a role based on your skills and interest.
5. Begin your first mission or support task.
All volunteers receive access to our digital resources, basic training, and community network.
